REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

We seamlessly integrate Refrigeration Enhancements to all types of systems. Our signature design feature is metering refrigerant with low Differential Pressure across the expansion device, so making the evaporator work more efficiently.

INVERTER APPLICATIONS

We integrate Power Saving Enhancements to all types of refrigeration systems. Our design feature is depressing Condensing Tsat, using fan Inverters we increase refrigerant mass flow through the compressor, delivering a logarithmic lowering effect on Absorbed Power.

COMPRESSOR UPGRADES

We can retrofit more efficient compressors to existing heat exchangers, dependant on design consideration. We even do this for just poorly designed compressors, fitting in an equivalent more reliable work horse.

DATA LOGGING

Data Logging has so much to offer, from having an on-site presence 24 hours a day to identify an intermittent fault, to foot-printing a new installation or a refrigerant retrofit performance comparison.

OSCILLOSCOPE TOOL

We use this tool often to help with setting up of Soft Starters, inverters, finding harmonic frequencies in power supplies and communication LANS. We will give a definitive answer to problems other operators choose to fluff over.

SOFTWARE DESIGN

We use industry certified Design Software when calculating Building Heat Loads, Pipework Design, Ductwork Design, Compressor Efficiencies and Electronic Circuit Design. You can be confident our proposals have been well thought out.
