CHILLER ENERGY EFFICIENCY REPORTING

CONDENSER COIL RETROFIT TO AIREDALE CHILLER
In the first year of picking up this new contract, we had to nurse-maid the Airedale Chiller through our first summer season. There were several inherent problems with the installation which stemmed from poor access around the chiller.
YORK CHILLER VSD DC LINK FAULT
With the use of a PC Based Oscilloscope and a differential probe, it became evident that a problem with the DC Link was present.
CAREL CONTROLLER RETROFITTED TO CIAT CHILLER
We attended to an emergency callout on the Tenants Ciat Chiller; Ted Baker HQ. The call was that the Comfort Cooling Chiller was not working and without any display on the controller.
TRANE SOLID STATE STARTER FAULT
We attended site by request from the building manager on why newly retrofitted Soft Starter Units failed. The 3rd party installing electrician had installed this new technology on a previously standard motor starter system.
TREND CONTROLLER RETROFITTED TO DUNHAM BUSH CHILLER
This project encompassed our whole range of services. The overall project was completed via 4 smaller jobs.
