BITZER SCREW COMPRESSOR BURNOUT WORKS

We were tasked to carry out an inspection of a failed Bitzer Compressor. It soon became apparent that the compressor had suffered a severe burnout.

We carried out a complete strip down of the compressor with a thorough clean-up. We sent the stator away for a re-wind. On it’s return, the compressor was re-built and installed back in the chiller. We carried out oil and drier changes to complete the Bitzer Screw Burnout Works.
